How does a project run, from first call to go-live?

In four steps, with the scope and price agreed in writing before anything is built.

  1. Discovery call

    Thirty minutes with our senior team about your tools, your goals and what is getting in the way. This first call is free.

  2. Scope and BRD

    Every requirement goes into a Business Requirements Document with a fixed price you sign. Larger projects may start with a paid scoping phase, priced up front.

  3. Build and review

    You see finished modules in weekly or bi-weekly demos, each one checked against the BRD before we move on.

  4. Train and support

    We train your people on your own data, hand over manuals and recorded walkthroughs, and keep improving the system after go-live.

Do you only work with Zoho?

No. Zoho is usually the core, and we connect it to AWS, Shopify, WordPress, payment tools, accounting apps and 100+ other integrations. One team plans, builds and supports the whole set-up, so you never have to referee between vendors.

How much does Zoho implementation cost?

It depends on the Zoho apps you use, the number of users, integrations and data to move. We don’t charge for the discovery call. Smaller projects are quoted right after it; larger ones may start with a paid scoping phase that we price up front. Either way, the build gets a fixed price written into a BRD you sign before work starts.

Can you move us from Salesforce, HubSpot or another CRM?

Yes. We migrate to Zoho from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, spreadsheets and more. We map fields, clean the data, rebuild automations and have each department sign off on samples before cutover.

What happens after go-live?

We train your team on your own data, hand over user manuals and recorded walkthrough videos, and stay on to fix, tune and extend the system. Ongoing Zoho support is available month to month.

Can you add AI agents to Zoho?

Yes, when it saves real time. We build AI agents that qualify leads, update records or draft replies, connected to your Zoho data through Zoho MCP. You choose what each agent may read and do, and you can review what it did.

Our office is at 237 N Central Ave, Ste A, Glendale, CA 91203, in the Los Angeles area. We work with growing businesses across the United States, Canada and Latin America, in North American time zones.
